This roof rack system is compatible with most four-door vehicles without side rails, as well as four-door cars with side rails that have a height of less than 6.4 cm from the roof. However, it is not suitable for two-door cars. To install, simply insert the polyester strap into the spindle slot, pull it through, up, and back to remove any slack. Then, tighten the tie-down strap by repeatedly pressing down and pulling up on the ratchet handle. When ready to remove or adjust the rack, pull the handle up and over to the open flat position, which will loosen the strap for easy manipulation.
